You may pay your rent using the following options:
OPTION 1: ACH Transfer –This is a free option that debits your account each month on the 1st . If the 1st of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be debited the following business day. Your rent amount will automatically be removed from your bank account and paid to Vector Development, LP. This is a great option because it is entirely free, paperless, electronic and more secure than writing a paper check. It also saves the hassle and expense of getting money orders. If this option interests you, call Rochelle at 717-360-4195 to get the required form mailed to you.
OPTION 2: Personal Checks and Money Orders - Please make sure your check or money order is signed and made payable to Vector Development, LP. We will not accept post-dated checks. If paying by money order, REMEMBER TO KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS! If we do not receive your money order for any reason, you will need your receipts to be reimbursed.
